Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pays a visit to Dr. Baxter Stockman, who has reformed after being cured of his mental illness at Sunnydale, along with the Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald incarnation of Birdie the Early Bird (who is happy to be present because Venus is how she's aware of other worlds to visit in the first place, plus she was asked to visit Venus anyway as a favor for Scary Godmother, who is married to my interpretation of Wacky Adventures Ronald).

Baxter it turns out is developing technology that will enable players to feel as if directly in the worlds of the video games they play, but disaster strikes when the head program Mastercom restrains Baxter and sends Venus and Birdie into the virtual world.

Venus isn't very upset at first, explaining to Birdie that computer programs gone berserk is a problem she and her brothers Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo had to deal with a lot back when they were still actual teenagers, plus she already figured something like this would happen with Baxter Stockman involved.
