Thank you . Sailor Cosmos appears only in the manga. She is a future form of Sailor Moon. Something like a future reincarnation of the current Sailor Moon.
Sailor Cosmos doesn't appear in the anime, but it does in the manga. I hope she'll make her appearance in the new series.

Sorry I was like five when I last read the manga and I'm only starting up again now with the Pretty Guardian series which seems to be a re-write of the battle against Prince Diamond and continues on after that.

Holy Molly! What a wonderful drawing!

I gotta say, I was mesmerised by the overall design for Sailor Cosmos' outfit, it pretty much screams out "Angel of the Skies" in more ways than one.

You've done a wonderful job recreating that very feeling. Keep up the wonderful work!
