There were some really good moments, but so far it's been overshadowed by things people didn't like. I didn't hate this season, but I do understand where some criticism is coming from

It was a monstrous betrayal of our trust. That's what it was. You shouldn't build people's hopes up and then not do anything!
Beside that, it was actually a fairly good season.

I know, I actually really liked the new season. I especially liked the whole reality check, not everything ends up ok all the time and heroes die aspect of this season.

I found the season emotionally draining. There were issues, but overall I loved it! I would like to have seen more reaction from Shiro on finding out that Adam had died. I can understand not wanting to cry in front of others (I'm the same), but I would have liked to see him crying alone over his loss. Yes, they had broken up, but the fact that they would never have a chance to reconcile should have had some effect on Shiro. I can understand that people are upset with it, but threatening the cast and crew because you didn't get your way is a bit much.

THE THING IS SEASON 7 WAS NOT BAD. IT WAS EMOTIONALLY DRAINING. FOR SOMEONE WHO IS A KEITH STAN AND A KLANCE SHIPPER. I STRUGGLED!!!

I agree. I think it was just fine. Not the greatest, of course, but it wasn't awful. I mean, we got more of Keith and Shiro's backstory, we saw their families (most of them. RIP Shiro. ;-; ), and sweet angel boy Hunk finally got his arc!
Also Sendak is finally dead. As much as I love him he was getting a bit annoying.
Honestly, (prepare for unpopular opinion. ) my only problem with this season was all the Klance moments, but that's coming from someone who doesn't ship them, soooooo…..
