That's a riot and just so Mabel. You did a wonderful job drawing the kids and especially those wonderful expressions. Even the serpent seems to have a smile as it prepares to make Dipper an only child. Beyond that the background looks terrific, from the grass, bushes and trees up front to the pines way in back. The colors are beautiful and I like the shading job too, which adds to that sense of depth — especially the distance between Dipper as he frantically runs to save his sister.
The best part is that we know that no good deed goes unpunished, but I think the twins pretty much show that they will do anything to protect the other. (It's just that Mabel leaps into things without thinking them out. ("Fortune favors the bold, but horrifically painful death is quite fond of them too.")

Pines-twins are awesomecakes!! I really like the chemestry between them They are so close, even if the are so different. Luckily for Mabel, Dipper will most likely be there for her whenever she's in trouble. And of course, the same the other way around, in case Dip needs some help

They're definitely very close and thoughtful of each other, despite their vast difference in interests. It's not that they "put up with" their big differences but accept them and perhaps love them more for it.
Now, I just wonder if the original name was going to be "Twin Pines" but it was either too esoteric or they thought the owners of "Twin Peaks" would get mad. Probably the former.
Regardless, it's going to be a terrific series.
