Just an in-joke a friend in Discord and I have made all because of the Commissioner of Parfaedia outfit.Nonetheless, I thought I would get something out before my birthday.
Since most people would probably be wondering why there is no background, it’s because not only was this a joke drawing that I put too much effort into, but I couldn’t think of anything. I was originally going to make it some sort of Jojo-related meme, but I only know one.
