I started this in July.... it's october now and I suppose I should be on the part where I have the lineart done..... but I'm not..... gah..... this goes to the scraps now. OAO

I may not finish this..... but I might redo this in the future.... the far future.... XD

BTW, this was supposed to be a drawing of some European Hetalia characters : Spain, Romano, Italy, Germany, Prussia, France, Russia (Politically, his considered european) and England..... in fancy clothing or some other ball-worthy outfit.
