A progress update on my medic drawing.. trying it with color this time. I want it to feel like its lit with blue light, but not be *literally* blue like the last one. Dunno if I'll continue this direction or not, so I'm posting what I have thus-far.Related content

i think it is interesting that people always see parts of lighter hair as grey...to me it always appeared as shaved due to hairstyles in germany

For something in your scraps, this is extremely well-done. You made the transgression from the original 'cartoony' style to a more realistic one very nicely. Also love the coloring and the way you didn't put any outlines in here. It somehow makes it more realistic and viable. ^^ He looks like he could be a real guy somewhere!

House on Haunted Hill, featuring a malicious doctor by the name of Dr. Vannucutt, who experimented on psychologically disturbed patients in an asylum in Los Angeles.

Oooo~h, have mercy! This left me in a puddle of shivering goo at the awesomeness. The variation in strokes give it great shape, the lighting and color are soft and vibrant in all the right places. In the style, there's a good balance leaning towards realism. You made him so handsome, which has me swooning like some cheap romance novel heroine.

This is absolutely amazing. I really like how all the little brush strokes give it character.
