Description
My friends at work and I wanted to think of a game concept just for fun, here's what I sketched and colored
The environment concept is that the player can walk up to a lake with a waterfall and when the player interacts with the water, symbols appear and flow towards the waterfall causing a huge rock to burst out opening an entrance to a new level!
The character is kinda like Leo from Leo's Forest but maybe older? Also he has a little fox/cat friend
I just thought I'd share it with you guys!

Home Country: Beowulf (known as Sutherland in the present).
Alexander Gladius' oldest known ancestor. Documentation of his existence dates back two thousand years ago, when Sutherland was still known as Beowulf and ruled by the ogres. A nomad at heart, Elias loved to travel far wide across Beowulf with his wife, Beatrice. Elias soon came across the legendary Diurnal Shrine, where mystics could communicate with Diurno, the God of Goodness and Light. Having sensed an evil presence within, he had his pregnant wife stay back at the campsite and took his furry companion, Tipo, with him to investigate. The choices he made within Diurnal Shrine would determine the nature of how Alexander would develop as a warrior. Upon reaching the heart of the shrine, he encountered the demon Wendigo, who would one day become known as "The Shade". While Elias and Tipo did perish, they managed to become the shrine's guardians upon death, guiding Alexander throughout his journey.

The character's style reminded me of Torchlight. Amazing drawing and coloring, also.
