This is a pic that i made when i noticed the diferences between Toad in Smg4's 2011-2012 bloopers and the 2013-until today bloopers

Old Toad
on the eldery bloopers Toad was a grumpy deadpan snarker who loathed Mario and despised his life in the castle, often atemping to destroy it at any oportunity - but always failing, Toad despised Mario cuz he was a constant annoyance to Toad, causing the him to be easily annoyed with the plumber. Toad used to have spiteful resentment for Mario, as well as for his specialness and hijinks. Even when Mario was not actually annoying Toad, the fungus showed reservation and a Squidward-SpongeBob complex around the plumber, At any opportunity he had, Toad tried to get rid of Mario and his friends for good, like buying the castle and kicking them out or getting a Teacher job and trying tokillMario if he didn't do his homework. Toad also found SMG4 a nuisance and avoided him, but not as much as Mario. SMG4, on the other hand, didn't acknowledge Toad much, but nevertheless would stand against him when he tried to take over the castle.
I personaly found this Toad boring, and i was always like, ''oh great here goes the worst of all''

New Toad
on these bloopers Toad is portrayed as an insufferably obsessed fan of Mario, being annoying to the point that even Mario himself despises him , in fact Mario's idiotic behavior has gotten to Toad, and he became equally stupid. Toad idolizes Mario and has made a fanclub about him, but Mario, on the other hand, now finds Toad a big nuisance and tries his best to avoid him, and even got to the pint where he tried to kill the fungus, SMG4 also finds Toad to be annoying, but beyond that, the two do not interact much in the older bloopers, Toad often treated Luigi with disrespect, but otherwise ignored him. In the newer bloopers, he is much more rude and condescending towards him.

I actually prefer this version of Toad, becouse he's hilarious and i always got in a big laugth!
