Another of these strange ideas Nep always has... Except, his one was a surprisingly good one as she looks great wearing it! (Especially when holding a Flak Cannon XD)I've called her internally in the game, "NepNepGear" XD
The texture is a Nepgear's body tex edit, just deleted her stockings and adding her the spats (from the long gone Neptune's RB1 DLC) to give her a cooler look, so technically that textureit would work on Nepgear's model on the main Neptunia games too, I have yet to figure how to put them into the games
