This was what popped in my mind after i looked over this comic
Shadow- Tsk, pathetic humans always the same old damn news...
*He takes a small sip from his mug filled with black coffee,a sudden loud thump is heard, he turns his head up lazily, giving an annoyed grunt*
Shadow- Wonder what it is now...
*He sighs and walks to the room the sound came from, only to chuckle at the sight infront of him. Sonic lays panting heavily on the floor wrists tied behind his back on a chair before he finally turns to look at Shadow*
Sonic- Damn...
Shadow- Nice try, but you fail again as always Faker...
*He walks over, getting down on one knee forcing Sonic back upright on his chair, Sonic glances at mug that Shadow places down next to him*
Shadow- Why do you bother trying? Even when you DO escape...you always end up in the same situation Face it, I pretty much own yo-
*Sonic suddenly uses he free foot to kick at the mug, splashing the burning liquid on Shadow, he yelps in surprise, sheilding himself before the mug crashs behind him. He slowly lowers his arm staring at Sonic a bit taken back. Sonic just gives a wide smirk, chuckling nervously*
Sonic- How did that feel, Shadow?
*Shadow only smirks darkly, waving the dripping black liquid off him*
Shadow- Alright...you want to play games...*He unwraps a rope tied around Sonic's legs before tying it roughly around the trapped hedgehogs neck*
Shadow- Fine, I'll play your games...
*He kicked Sonic hard in the stomach, causing the rope to tighten breath takingly around his neck. Sonic gives a painful scream before slamming hard into the ground, gasping for air as the rope somewhat losens. He only gives a tired chuckle before smirking again and glances at Shadow*
Sonic- Is that all you got?
*Shadow picks up a large piece of glass from the broken mug and stares sickly at Sonic, he makes his way over to him. Sonic's eyes widen as he stiffens up and struggles againest his bonds, Shadow grabs his leg roughly and yanks it closer to him. Slowly he digs the glass into the poor hedgehogs leg as he screams in agony, trying to yank his leg back as warm crimson slowly travels down his leg. Shadow only stares coldly at the bloody shard before smirking at tossing it next to Sonic. Sonic only stares at tiredly, eyes half lidded trying to make snese of things. Shadow slowly pulls out a emerald, he looks up at Sonic, his smirk turns into a wicked grin. Sonic slowly turns to him*
Shadow- If you want to run away..run..but you always come back to me in the end
*He tosses the beautiful jewel carelessly at the deafted blue hero, slowly making his way back to the door, he stops without looking back*
Shadow- and you always will...
*He walks out the room without another word*
