Bonjour tout le monde !

Aujourd'hui, un troisième Mini Crossover Rematch en présence de deux personnages particulièrement versés dans l'art de la transaction : Tom Nook, le raton laveur (bon en fait c'est un tanuki) du jeu vidéo Animal Crossing, et Kanamori Sayaka, la productrice du club d'animation Eizouken de l'anime éponyme Keep your hands off Eizouken.

Nook est généralement l'un des premiers personnages que l'on rencontre dans Animal Crossing : c'est lui qui donne une maison au joueur pour qu'il puisse s'installer au village, mais... il faut bien la lui rembourser, cette maison ! Une partie du jeu tourne donc autour de cette dette à rembourser, pour être ainsi libre de... faire des travaux dans la maison pour l'agrandir et avoir une nouvelle dette à payer à Tom Nook. Le plus drôle c'est que Nook ne laisse juste pas le choix au joueur dans les premiers jeux de la série : dette remboursée, travaux commencés, nouvelle dette à rembourser, et ainsi de suite ! Jusqu'à ce qu'on ait un manoir...

Kanamori quant à elle fait partie d'un petit club de dessinatrices qui font de l'animation sur leur temps libre. Cependant, elle ne gère que la partie financière et s'assure que les budgets sont suffisants, quitte à utiliser toutes sortes de machinations négociatrices. Et généralement, ça marche. Comme ici, on dirait... Il faut toujours qu'il y ait un gagnant et un perdant, je suppose !

Hi everybody!

Today, let's meet with a third Mini Crossover Rematch with two characters particularly good with the art of financial transaction: Tom Nook, the raccoon (well actually it's a tanuki) from the Animal Crossing video game series, and Kanamori Sayaka, the producer of the Eizouken animation club of the eponymous anime Keep your hands off Eizouken.

Nook is generally one of the first characters we meet in Animal Crossing: he's the one who gives the player a house so that they can settle in the village, but... you have to pay it back ! Part of the game therefore revolves around this debt to be repaid, to thus be free to... enlarge the house and get a new debt to pay to Tom Nook. The funny thing is that Nook just doesn't give the player a choice in the first games of the series: debt repaid, house enlarged, new debt to repay, and so on! Until we have a mansion...

Kanamori is part of a small club of artists who make animation during their free time. However, she only manages the financial part and ensures that the budgets are sufficient, even if it means using all kinds of negotiating machinations. And usually, it works. Like here, it seems... There always has to be a winner and a loser, I guess!
