Paper started out on as an innocent yet somewhat immature character. He appears to be slight friends with Knife, who shares a liking in Desperate Housewives. Paper can also develop anger issues, by way of screaming and yelling and sometimes becoming crazy and psychotic. Paper's evil side appears whenever someone mentions or somehow reminds him of "Idiotic Island".
