This is Poison Alice, one of my Guilty Gear OCs.

Story:
At a young age, Alice was a fairly normal & cheerful girl, and her only wish in life, was to find her "prince charming", a handsome man who would be her true love and stay with her forever. As time passed, her dream grew to something more of an obsession, but it didn't seem anything out of the ordinary. Finally, to her overwhelming joy, Alice fell in love with a man named Dirty, who returned her love, and the couple lived happily ever after... or did they?
Alice's newfound happiness didn't last as long as she hoped, as she found her beloved boyfriend cheating on her with a hooker.... that's when Alice snapped... and when her obsession proved to be truly dangerous.
In a state of overwhelming rage, she stabbed the whore with a kitchen knife, but that didn't satisfy her, so she tied up her cheating boyfriend and started mauling his head with various nails and needles, and pretty much all sharp objects she could find, all the time demanding him to scream her name. His screams have probably alerted the neighbourhood, who immediately called the police, which found Alice soon after, wandering the streets giggling in a psychotic manner, carrying the decapitated and mauled head in her arms...

After she was apprehended, she was quickly locked up in a mental asylum, her parents disowned her, and soon, all of her friends and relatives seemingly forgot she ever existed. Yet the worst was still to come.
That is when the battle against the Gears started, and a suspicious organization later known as the Post-War Administration Bureau started periodically taking away some of the her fellow patients as test subjects, and since she was abandoned, she quickly became a perfect specimen for them. That's when she became a test subject for their shady experiments, and later was converted into a humanoid Gear. As a Gear, she developed some deadly, poisonous powers, yet she still had a highly unstable psyche though, so a psychologic treatment followed soon after.
Yet it was at that time that a man known as Judgement-Ky started to take down multiple PWAB facilities, and it wasn't long until he attacked the one she was held in. That's when a man known as Dr.Janus West approached her & offered her to join J-Ky's Justice Inquisition Order. With her former obsession rekindled by the vision of freedom (more so since she found J-Ky attractive), she accepted the offer, hoping to finally find her special someone... yet still having a highly unstable psyche... so all you guys BEWARE!!

On a side note, she ends every sentence with some kind of nervous/psychotic giggle.

Weapons & Powers:
The morning star which Alice merrily swings during battle is named Dirty Diamonds, after her first boyfriend, it was even made from his brutally mauled skull attached to a special chain devised by Dr.West himself. The chain is held together by a string of energy, which can increase it's length at will, yet the wielder must stay focused or the chain will crumble, yet it can be still reassembled if that happens. Alice uses it mostly to bind her foes, so she can hit them with the morning star itself, or deliver a deadly, poisonous blow (or an equally deadly, poisonous kiss).
Apart from that, she doesn't use any bladed weapons, or rather she doesn't use ANY bladed object longer than a kitchen knife, at all. The reason is that the instant she gets one in her hands, she recalls the moment she decapitated her boyfriend, which causes her to go into a berserk killing spree.
As for her powers, after she was converted into a Gear, her blood, her touch, even her breath, became highly poisonous. She eventually learned to control that however, so when her touch is poisonous it means she wanted it to be poisonous.
Another thing is her cooking... she loves cooking... yet her poisonous powers completely wrecked her sense of taste... and since she's impervious to poison herself... she doesn't know just how deadly her culinary creation could be... let's just say that even when boiling water, you'll soon see cartoony skull-shaped puffs of smoke going out of it |D
