Aaaaahhh yay ;u; I'd absolutely love to have a Water bisquit ;0; All that I ask is that she has fins based off of some type of fish, and maybe a loose braid? :3 Hope it's not too much trouble >W< Is there an official form I should fill out??

What sort of colors/features/collection/gender etc. would you like your Keeper to have? :'D

Ah! I love loose braids! It will be epic. I don't know if I follow you about the fins, though. :S In general, only the fin that goes along the back is the one that can change. Here are the examples of the only 2 Water Bisquits at the moment. 
   
So... just let me know what you had in mind, maybe with some reference images.  
I usually don't work with forms, but let me know what would you like to see, it can be with some reference images. For instance, the first one was based on a beta fish, while the second one, was a koi fish. Just keep in mind, body is always nature related colors, while the hair always have two colors, one of them really vibrant. 

As for the Keeper, I would like this palette:

I would like chocolate/brown/cream colorations for the body and the other colors for the rest (feathers and hair). But if you see there are another color that would go better with it, please change it. 
As for markings, I would love something similar to this:

Other than that... please, feel free to be creative. Oh, I would just love her (oh, yes. Female, please XD) to collect woven accessories, like hats, mittens, scarfs, etc.
Hope it's all ok, dear. Let me know if there's something that must be changed. XD Hopefully I didn't misread anything on the reference sheet.

Aaah yay I'm so glad! And yeah that's what I meant about the fins ^^ For the color palette and/or pattern, maybe something similar to this fish here: media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236… (I know it's a little hard to discern colors in that photo, basically what I'm looking for is the darker and more natural colors contrasting with the lighter blue & green on the face) But honestly I don't care, your designs are all so cool I trust that what you choose will be just as neat! ^^

It's all right if she collects multiple types of accessories, but is there one she particularly likes that I should draw her holding or wearing? ^^ Can't wait to get started on this hehehe

Well... I do prefer the base color to be the darker one. But if you think it looks better the other way, trust your instincts.
