Description
I was listening to the album "the masquerade" and it made me think of this idea of a psyconauts meets persona style superhero thing where you go into someone's mindscape and try to free them from thier mental chains, but it's dangerous because you can't leave until the person frees themself and "escapes the masquerade" as it were, and if you can't help them, there's a chance you'd be stuck forever. Otherwise uhh, there were a lot of details in the sketch that got lost in the coloring proces, and I wanted to add some dramatic shadow to the masquerade costumed side, but I got tired and..forgot. I enjoyed practicing the lineless style here, and according to ibis, this took me 13 hrs to complete.
