Description
I felt inspired, when I found a broken little tourist shop figurine among some old stuff. Decided to fix it up and turn it into a miniature sandstone statue for a townsquare or something like that.-----------
Made from:
- styrodur (base)
- the little figurine (main statue)
- some modelling clay (the missing dolphin)
- varying grains of sand and some rough flocking (moss)
Painted with:
- rattlecan spray varnish (to seal everything and give a bright basecoat)
- cheap acryllic craft paints (light beige coat)
- brown acryllic wash (just some craft paint, water and soap as flow aid)
- green acryllic wash for mossy parts
- clear matte spray varnish (sealant for paints)
