Somnolent

The "Dream Walker" line of androids (6 Sets - 36 Total)

This is my design interpretation of a Somnolent (Dream Walker/Dream Mystic) in my art world.

I designed the Somnolent as a younger character dressed in loose-fitting daytime pajamas - cute little bloomers with cozy bubble details, and an open blouse with some tiered sleeves. I really wanted this look to feel especially cozy, as their purpose lies in relaxing a subject's mind to the point of sleep and diving into their psyche to navigate their dreams. They're meant to help manifest a subject's inner dreams or to help cull nightmares, even assist with recollecting memories. They can capture the images and experience through a particular device - a cybernetic dream catcher, one that can be reviewed in an exclusive dream player (the dream catcher looks like a disc and the playback device appears like a retro CD player).

Other than the first set, I adore how these turned out - both designs and colors. I captured the vibe I was looking for. This is one of the few designs where I incorporated a pattern and doesn't feel like it's overwhelming the rest of the design. I think the footwear could use some love, it might be too simple as it is.
