The "Shield Maiden" line (6 Sets - 36 Total)
This is my design interpretation of a Valkyrie in my art world.
I designed the Valkyrie with a metal bodice, shoulder guards, tiered collar, gauntlets, knee length sabatons, and maxi length tiered metal skirt with a long front banner flap. The Valkyrie is a defender, wearing the best heavy armor to deflect damage. They also wield a tall, massive tower shield that can absorb blast damage. The absorbed damage is then reciprocated by transforming the tower shield into 2 kite shields and firing from a set of cannons hidden at the bottom of both shields.
I like this design from the waist up, but the full metal skirt looks way too heavy. I need to play with the proportions of the skirt and see what I like best. I think the design could benefit from a helmet to round out the theme. This design needs more mecha details because it looks more fantasy-based at the moment.
