Good Friends- Everyone in here gets along except of the followings.
- Jensen(Agent 8) & Manny(Captain): They use to get along but after Jensen's mom died they stop being friends and they said to him "YOU BROKE YOUR PROMISE" ever since Manny had try to go back to being friends with Jensen something the rebuff
- Walker(Agent 4) & Marie(Agent 2): They began dating a year after the events of Splatoon 2 events and Marie was supportive of Walker through his transition
- Jensen(Agent 8) & Agent 3: They are 1st cousins once remove, Jensen's mom and Agent 3's grandpa are siblings but they call each other cousins
- C. Cuttlefish, Callie(Agent 1) & Marie (Agent 2): Grandpa and Granddaughters and they get along very well
- Callie(Agent 1) & Marie(Agent 2): They are cousins and are very close
- Agent 3 & Manny(Captain): Manny is technically their boss in the Squidbeak Splatoon but due to him not getting with Jensen Agent 3 shows him some respect during the missions and during turf war battles.
- DJ Octavio, Callie(Agent 1) and Marie(Agent 2): After helping Agent 3 in saving the world they started to show him some respect and DJ Octavio also shows them respect as they help to get his army back
- C. Cuttlefish & DJ Octavio: Old friends turn rivals turn now to respect. According to Jensen they might have a chance to go back being friends after the events.
- Manny(Captain), Agent 3,Walker(Agent 4),Jensen(Agent 8) & DJ Octavio: After his help in saving the world, Captain and the agents show him some respect. DJ Octavio sometimes intervenes in the fights between Jensen and Manny.
- Deep Cut & C. Cuttlefish: They study about him at school and show him some respect as a hero and a wise man
