I had a really rough night last night, I don't wanna go into detail but it involved a massive argument with my ADHD mom.

IDK about you but I hate having meltdowns or breakdowns cuz it makes me feel like the spoiled bitch that whines until I get my way or some bullshit. I just get really overwhelmed when people start getting in my face and yell at me and insult me.
