Description
So to start a new year, why not start off with a little fanart of the Japanese/Korean TV series that I craved so much when I was 13, Zoobles!

I think most kids growing up in the 2000's and 2010's remember the toy line Zoobles from Spinmaster, they were basically the cutesy female version of the Bakugan toys. I only had the Mcdonalds toys but I remember seeing commercials of them when I was younger.

Little do people know over in a few Asian countries, the Zoobles were licensed by Sega and had a completely different color scheme and aesthetic compared to the ones in America. Spinmaster's version had a tropical paradise like setting and they lived on Zoobles Isle. Meanwhile, Sega's version had a more Pastel candy like atmosphere and the Zoobles lived in a place called Candyland and the Zoobles were most likely named after certain flavors and sweets as well.

There was also an anime adaptation of the Sega Toys Zoobles that only had 26 episodes. It first aired in Korea in May of 2011, then it aired in Japan in February of 2012. But I don't think the show aired in America likely due to the differences of the aesthetics in both regions.

I remember watching the Korean version on Youtube when I was 13 and I use to be obsessed with them, despite not knowing any Korean . Only 13 episodes were on Youtube at the time but they got taken down sadly. However, all of the episodes were uploaded on Youtube in the Japanese dub and are still available to watch.

The three characters that I drew here are Chevy the orange flavored cat, Coron the strawberry milk bunny, and Panky the blueberry yogurt panda. They're the three main characters from the show. I use to do a lotta fanart of these guys back then.
