• Evolves from Rhydon to this new form of Rhyperior when Rhydon is left at the Machine Shop holding Protector. Rhydon will still evolve to the standard for if traded holding Protector.

• The master machinist at the machine shop studied the Protector and found with a few modifications it could form use it to bolster Rhyperior's strength and defensive capabilities to help better burrow tunnels through the mountain range to connect the 2 sides of Strala together.
