Shame on the low surface tension.^^

It's not that big! It's a tiny little one!
It measures less than 1mm.

Well... shame on my shitty english.
I meant a big ball of water just in the shape an' all like the tiny one.^^... I remember reading an old scifi-story where they had such things. It's a pitty that sucha thing is not possible up to now.

lol
Mine is not that good either.
Yeah, it would be awesome to have a big and round ball of water to play with.
Reverse lens technique would be obsolete then everyone could make such pictures.

LOL
Yeah, if you assume that touching the ball with your mouth would probably make a complete disaster!!

Probably you would get caught up with your nose too and drown with a bubble on your face that won't come off...
Well^^ I think we should stick to the normal bubbles and keep them the way they are. They're much more beautiful that way... and less life-threatening.

Wow. How do you get the water drop to be so round?
👍: 0 ⏩: 2
luneves In reply to ShutterBug97 [2011-10-30 15:57:59 +0000 UTC]
I used a syringe and a very thin needle.
It took some time, and after many attempts I got it round.
Thanks for the feedback!

my guess is that butterfly wings are quite non polar, so waters polarity just clung 2 itself as much as possible, so quite round
