Description
This is a starry brush set. They were made with Photoshop 7 but come with an imagepack for everyone else to use.My rules:
1. Don't redistribute.
2. Have fun with them.
Notice I don't say credit because I know how hard it is to credit for everything you've ever used, a credit or two would be nice though, but I won't force it on you.
