Hello everyone^^I did it, in my stream today I finally completed a drawing I am VERY proud of. Seriously, this might be one of my ABSOLUTE favourite pieces I´ve ever created.
I really like how everything turned out, no matter if background, light or even my favourite pony

This drawing shows the captain of the Wonderbolts after a long, hard day in the academy. She´s in her room enjoying some cold, refreshing ciders...or even a few too many of them...
I just LOVE how Spitfire turned out here. It means even more to me because she is my best pony and I really love her character in my headcanon^^ So yeah, you have a happy little Lupi
Compared to my earlier drawings, I think my bottles have improved and got more realistic, which I´m quite proud of! And one of the things that really blew my mind are the finished little bubbles. Seriously, I was freaking out when I was finishing them because I couldn´t believe I can do that XD Wheeee^^
Soooo yeah, to come to an end, I reeaally hope you like this drawing and I can´t wait for your feedback

I was not able to make it to the livestream that you made this. I had to work. It first I thought Spitfire is a bit drunk for having a few drinks. I started doing math on how much alcohol is in most ciders and the average tolerance of women before remembering that Spitfire is a pegasus. Then I started wondering how that affected the equation. Then I realized that is just what is in the picture for all we know there could be a keg or more that we don't see. I would have thought she would have cloud walls. Then again something more solid would make more since. That way a fan can't 'accidentally' fly into her home or blow away a wall or something. Derpy might fly in through a window but it is not like she is trying to break in more like delivering fan mail and couldn't stop at the mailbox. It is a nice touch putting the uniforms on the wall. You said you like Spitfire in your head cannon I am sure that is because cannon she hardly is good enough to be a wonder bolt let alone the leader. I will be glad to debate this with you if you would like.

Well, I only drew 3 bottles here, which doesn´t mean that she only had 3 until now. This is up to you and everyone who takes a look at the picture, it´s up to your ecpectations of the drawing.
I imagine her as an alkoholic because of an earlier depression, she fought with 3 things: Avoiding feelings at all by being a drill sergeant, by training hard at night and alkohol.
It´s gotten better by now and don´t worry, she´s not only depressed or something, she has friends and even a lover, but it now bcame a procedure for her, drinking after work. How much depends on how she feels lol.
I didn´t give her cloud walls because I imagine that to be her room in the Wonderbolts Academy, which stands on a mountain or something and needs some solid walls etc.
With the clothes hanging there I wanted to show the evening after work^^
And she IS the best, the fastest of the Wonderbolts in the academy, she holds all the records, is the tough captain she is. The alkohol doesn´t have an effect on that except for her mood and feeling in the morning, she still gives everything she can and leaves her competitors behind in a trail of smoke. That´s my opinion/head canon at least.

The records are now held by Lightning Dust and Rainbow Dash. It has been established that Rainbow Dash is the fastest flyer in Equestria. I would like to know why Spitfire's fans like her because I just don't think she is that great. The only thing good I can find about her is being captain of the wonder bolts and they could do better with Twilight Sparkle before she was an alicorn. Twilight might not be able to fly but she has proven herself to be resourceful, calm in world ending situations, and a good with organizing large crowds to get stuff done. I think Fleetfoot should be the captain.

Fleetfoot shouldn´t be in charge of anything, she has no experiences, doesn´t have the qualities to rule something that important in my eyes.
Spitfire, on the other hand, had always just focused on being the leader, a good one or probably the best one, there ever was. She shows strength, passion and courage as a female leader. In my opinion, she is the fastest and most talented, but also mostly trained pegasus and flyer in Equestria, even though we Aaaall ooh so admire Rainbow Dash for her skills, that doesn´t mean that others can´t be better. We haven´t seen Spitfire really being up to something, maybe she can do a Sonic Rainboom with ease, just with other colours, because that´s what I believe. Spitfire shows, that it has to mean something to be the Captain of the Wonderbolts: You´re not only able to react in stressful and dangerous situations like a call for war or whatsoever, she also shows, that skills are also very important. Rainbow will never be in charge if you ask me, just like Lightning Dust, who also won´t be faster tan Spitfire for quite some time until she isn´t able to fly that fast, anymore because of her age. Why? Well, looking at Rainbow Dash´s personality, she couldn´t stand zoo much pressure, tthe captain of the Wonderbolts surely has to deal with. She might have skills, but she doesn´t have the knowledge or character strength for it. Lightning Dust doesn´t care about the others, to say it harshly, she just thinks about being the winner and that´s not how a leader should think. That should say anything about her from my eyes.
Twilight hasn´t the skills to be the captain, nether before getting wings nor after. She is a pony, which can control things and be in charge very well, but that´s it. Spitfire can do so, too. But she has more.
I don´t think, Spitfire is perfect, nopony is and I have my headcanon for her, which I´m very proud of, but she also is an interesting, very awesome and important character, people shouldn´t forget about. I won´t change my opinion on that, Spitfire is more heroic, more talented and stronger than people might think

We will just have to agree to disagree about any greatness Spitfire may or may not have. This could very well be the reason you are co-owner of a Spitfire fan group and I am not a member.

a really fitting picture. she is nearly drunk at every part of our RP lol
XDthe bubbles look really sweet ^^ they have an awesome 3D feel to them. almost looking real zoomed out. nice job ^^
and i like the overall picture as well of couse. the slightly blurry background give it some nice depth to it. enhancing would have been maybe some bottles in the foreground which could have been blurred out as well.
