Real Name: Jeka Moonstar

A member of Timordo's [Orando / Timor] race of illusion-casting, serpentine reptiles, Jeka Moonstar joined the Legion of the Galactic Guardians despite her father's vehement objections. Since her admission, she has served the Legion and the United Federation of Planets with distinction and honor, although her teammates have yet to see her true serpentine form -- as Jeka uses her powers to disguise herself as an American Indian girl to avoid the prejudice beings of her species usually encounter. Considered royalty on her home planet of Timordo, Princess Mirage's powers enable her to telepathically create realistic illusions that affect all of a person's senses so that they see their greatest fear or desire.
Princess Mirage's powers were especially useful when the Legion encountered the evil Stark Corps [Green Lantern Corps of the 30th Century / the Stark], an alien race that had built its entire society around the technology Hal Stark [Hal Jordan / Tony Stark] had used to create the Iron Lantern [Green Lantern / Iron Man] armor. Mirage used her illusion-casting powers to recreate the likeness of the original Iron Lantern, which lured the Stark Corps out of their massive Oan-powered space station. With the Stark Corps occupied, the rest of the Legion were able to dismantle the machinery that allowed the alien criminals to siphon off the remnants of Oa's energy.
