Yeah. I've accused someone of tracing, she got cocky, I got proof.
It's almost exact, she recorded a speedpaint of her 'drawing' it, but she likely traced it as a sketch, then recorded herself drawing the lineart.

I would have uploaded this to photobucket, but it's hard to see, so it's a PSD file so you can mess with the ocipacity and see the tracy-ness
