I've always been a fan of Dragon Ball, and so i decide to draw one of my favourite non-canon villains of the series: Frieza's brother Cooler.I've always liked Cooler and especially his fifth and final form. His final form is far more threatening and cool than him and his brother other forms. It's kinda sad that when Cooler returned his Metal Cooler design was based on his base form rather his final form.
I do hope that someday much like Broly, Cooler will be added in the Dragon Ball cannon.
