^^Something is wrong with her arm. Hmm... Or maybe it's just the pose in general?Well, anyway, I need some comments on how to improve this picture... Does her upper half look weird or is it just me?

first off, her head is too big for her body, her hair is tobig for her head, and her arm is bending the wrong way, also you have her resting on the wrong side of her hand, i bet its a painful pose for her.
yer legs are fine , same with her feet, the chair is abit off down at the bottom, the table is average, but who draws tables anyway..
mainly its her arm!

now that we have that outta the way, you're right. The arm is werid because it is too small, compared to the rest of the body. The upper body neess to be bigger, or change the lower half to make it smaller. You need to change one of those.
I like the folds on the shirt. Think they are nicely done. ^^ woot! But the folds on the pants are waay to sharp. Make them more curvy like. flowy....XD
Also the arm that is on the table looks seperated from the body. There shouldn't be a line seperating it like that. Show the gradual blend from the shoulder to the arm without that line.
Her eyes are kinda big for her face so maybe you need to fix that. But I think the rest looks okay. XD Nice yummmy pose, good proportions (<--something that I can't do XD)
