Along with "Heart of Nature", this is a piece of therapyart I did during a very significant and transformative time in my life.
The phoenix rising from the ashes is a real proper cliché.. But very powerful nonetheless.
Daring to rise from the ashes of our own past.. That's no small feat.
Working through old trauma, healing our hearts, minds and spirits.
That shit takes grittt,
And it's worth ll of the blood, sweat, tears. And laughter <3
