This is another OC of mine, her name is Navy-Chan Blue, but friends calls her Navy or Bluey.

She's a weirdo, cuz of her tail. Stranges are looking at her like she's a weirdo creature or something from zoo.
She has a big fear of other ponies,cuz of how she looks. She gets anxiety when someone is looking at her or hearing giggles. Attacks of anxiety is for her normal, but really makes her feel so bad.
When she was a filly, everypony was so mean for her and was making fun of her. Now she's older and learning at home online or by herself. Her parents feels bad for her what pain she gets from others. They hope that Navy will feel better soon and try make some friends. Her only friend is her younger brother, Sam.
Navy is half dragon and a bat pony. Her brother Sam is a fully dragon, and her parents are Dragon and bat pony.
