These are the memories I posses
They make me the person I am today
Dreams I used to have, now burnt and gone
The pain I have felt, still wearing scars
Friends and family I lost, I’ll never forget
And the affection I could never feel
Even the fact that I shouldn’t even be here
I am who I am and that won’t change
All I can do is look up to a brighter future
