i've been thinking a lot about my gem ocs lately so i felt like the first few could use a good update. i just felt like starting off with flower dad because his old ref needed it the most oof.

Bio:

name: ruby fuchsite
Nickname(s): ruby or sugar (given by snowflake obsidian), princess (given by rosaline pearl), daddy (given by jaden)
Weapon: a set of small and sharp pointed pendulums
Gender Pronouns: he/him
Romantic Orientation: panromantic
Gem Placement: in the center of his chest
History/Backstory: he used to serve as eye candy for high ranking gems on homeworld but eventually fled to earth with snowflake obsidian (oc) where they joined up with bismuth (oc) to live a peaceful life away from all the conflict
Personality: sweet, caring, somewhat shy, a bit overprotective at times
Physical Description: tall and somewhat more masculine, a dancer's figure
Height: just a little bit taller than the avererage pearl
Special skill/power(?): can control plant life (usually uses it to make them grow rapidly)

STATUS

Ranking (ex. Pearl is servant class, Amethyst is high ranking): servant, entertainment
Origin (Homeworld or Kindergarten): homeworld
Alliance (Crystal gems, Yellow Diamond etc): bismuth
Current Residence (Earth, Homeworld etc): earth, living in a home together with the rest of bismuth's group near a small town in a tropical area

RELATIONSHIPS

Who do they get along with the best: snowflake obsidian (romantic intrest), jaden (he's like a father to him), bismuth (greatly admires her)
Who do they get along with badly: most other gems that don't belong in their group (doesn't trust them or is most likely scared of them), any humans who seem shadey or hostile towards them
Likes: flowers, silky fabrics, sunsets, floral scents
Dislikes: others raising their voice against him, thunderstorms
Romantic Interests(?): snowflake obsidian
Opinions on Eating: he doesn't mind it, although he prefers sweet foods by a mile

Fusion Standing (Open to it, opposed to it, disgusted etc): open to it, but is really hesitant to do it with anyone but snowflake obsidian
Fusions and Partners (ex. If this were Garnet, Sardonyx with Pearl): snowflake obsidian (unakite), the adventurines (watermelon tormaline)
Fusion Dance Style: bellet
Favorite Gem to fuse with: snowflake obsidian
Why do they Fuse? (love, battle, fun etc): he usually only does it for battle but will also do it just for snowflake if she wants to be close to him
Regular Fuser? Or not that often?: he doesn't fuse often
