Tsukami wasn't the culprit, he loved his father wholeheartedly but he found himself in wrong place at a wrong time and paid a false accusation by his younger brother, Tsumuri who mistook him for the murderer and out of anger cut off Tsukami's arm. Without the ability to prove himself innocent, he was forced to flee the scene, living as an outcast who was wrongly labeled a traitor. He built himself a prosthetic arm, later on managed to turn it into a deadly robotic claw.
