Description
In this interpreted "fan" art piece, I use negative space as an active part of the composition. The subject is lying in a room with one light source. The light source is coming from the laptop illuminating the subject in this composition. I also kept 3 elements in mind to enhance the mood: The subject's clothing/hairstyle, The subject's body gesture/pose (Lying pose), and the angle of the composition by positioning the camera high up, looking down on the subject to add to the drama. I also used graphic shadowing: sharp shadows, (especially ones that widen out) tend to be more dramatic.
