Aww... It's the panda guy! ♥Actually he's Zen Nakajou (中城善) from manga Yumemiru Taiyou by Ichigo Takano.
I just started reading Yumemiru Taiyou and I found this panda obseseed guy really cute ^^...like his looks.
Drawing this took me so long, and its not perfect, but i quite like it... I'm just not sure about the background, any suggestion?
