Or rather Deadpool with time travel and no Cable to control his antics. 

This would be epic. Because of his healing factor Deadpool could never be exterminated or upgraded. Even Vasha Nerada would have trouble digesting him. The only thing he'd have to "fear" is Weeping Angels. (And since he can live forever God only knows how "eating" him would affect them. Ever see an obese Weeping Angel?) 

And of course you know he'd be all over Jack Harkness, Donna Noble, and even a Slitheen.
