Description Hargraves lookout, Blackheath.
I spent a long time and many shots hoping to get a nice meteor, the small one in the Milky Way will have to do.
I truly believe our galaxy is one of the most beautiful sights one can see.

I'veΒ got to ask. How long was the exposure needed to create this? Did you overlay the person or have them stand completely still for an extended length of time?

This one was a 30-second exposure. Since I don't have a remote trigger, I set the camera to shoot 10 seconds after pressing the shutter, then quickly ran to get into the right place for the composition. And yes, I managed to stay still for 30 seconds!
