Ah good old Blumiere, how would I get along without seeing your delightfully sinister smile? Oh apparently Blumiere is Count Bleck's real name, before he got all evil and planned to destroy all worlds.. I won't give any spoilers about him and Tippi, bit it's still awesome...
I don't remember how long the background took to make since I made it a while ago.. But the count was about 2 hours and Tippi didn't even take 20 minutes...
EDIT: Had to fix Tippi... I haven't actually gotten around to playing Super Paper Mario yet, and the videos I watched on youtube didn't give me too good of a shot of Tippi... Luckly my friend came over and played his.. So I got a better look at her..

That background just kicks ass. I love how you did the lighting and composition and wonderful also (sorry about that my art class is getting to me). And all the stuff like the blur on Tippi and the slight glowing of Count Bleck's expression make me stare at this in awe.
