Rules :

1. Never claim for your own design, and pls credit MugMugger always.
2. Resell at a lower-than-purchased price. Do not modify the design unless the option you bought allows so.
3. Pls inform me directly when the adoptable is handed over to another party.
4. The artist(aka. me) can still use a watermarked pic to advertise themself and can use or be inspired by most of the designs to recreate their own original characters.
5. After the payment is made, there will be no refunds at any cost.
6. If the buyer is caught breaking any rules, the artist(aka. me) have the right to retrieve all rights and ownership regarding the adoptable(s) back without any refunds, and able to do anything with them. The artist can also sue the buyer for compensation if needed.
7. Commercial rights come along with outright purchase only, by paying another 150$ will in turn grants you complete owner’s rights of the character design, and all rules regarding the character design will be rendered invalid except the first rule.
