MachPk has a myriad of abilities for his Power Kinetic energy(which is a "nickname" of he can create barrier fields around him, it's closely resembles telekinesis, however he is a Divine being without any soul energy in his entire entity), a few examples are bubble/orb shielding, and using his energy, to influence the ON/OFF switch. He is very Speedy on his feet, he can run at speeds that his feet is blurry and can run at Mach Speeds, sometimes his feet is moving so fast that even birds find it blurry. He can do a mid-air boost like Peachette, or float like her(who is Toadette using the special Crown.)
He can also create custom shapes or platforms to assist or support(any platformer/parkour character)can assist Mario, Luigi, The Toad(s) characters, Yoshi, Peach and others.

MachPK Toad has much more PK moves than this image shows and it's just two out of all of his useful moves. He is very useful in many situations.
His PK energy is getting more powerful by the Energy of Pure Love. He can create his own atmosphere and a natural cosmic energy shield around an object or himself.

(Myriad of energy abilities means he can create a lot of shapes, objects, or carry stuff with his mind, Like walls for wall jump, bubble shield, influencing objects from far out of his physical reach, directing objects, carry other players etc.
He has Mastery of flying or creating objects.) He can also teleport/Warp to a location without feeling any movement.

He can even create replicas/clones of A.I characters like koopas, goombas, hammer bros, or springs, etc.

His name of MachPK is actually My own favorite abilities: to go supersonic speeds and the nickname "PK" or telekinesis since it the most similar thing to move objects, create shapes, or create objects for different utility purposes.

I thought PowerKinetic is a cool nickname so it's added. Now I officially call his PK ability Power-kinetic

In reality he can move objects, create shapes or create objects, such as walls, horses, or move a giant gate open.

He is a spirit, he only used his freewill only for loving and selfless things, he needed to develop, to help others.
