Description
I had a short little story with Ratbat and Megatron, depicting why he spared the former senator and had him converted to a "downsized mode". But well... I've mentioned this before, I'm not happy with how I draw Transformers. Hell, I haven't been happy with how I draw period lately. (Bots and people both.) I know my coloring is good, but the lineart's not what it should be.

It really doesn't help too much that about the time I was drawing this, I got ahold of Nick Roche's new TF comic, and how he was drawing was EXACTLY how I've been wanting to, with a perfect blend of the Animated and G1 style. (Except you know, he actually pulled it off!) Which of course made me think and rethink my art a lot.

And this page, the layout is weak, there's no establishing shot of the room... All these little things I should have thought more about that I didn't. I need to spend some time just sketching and drawing... Just trying to get a new feel for things. It's why I haven't updated all that much in the past month or so, and why it's been taking me a while to do a new comic.

So yeah, I don't know when I'll get around to drawing the second page, so I figured I'd show the art off at least for this one.
