Ruby was walking around Kagutsuchi with a piece of paper in held in front of her.

She wondered how this guy was such a bad criminal if it's that much just to catch him, the reward was more than Roman Torchwick back at Vale. Regardless, this was her mission and she needed to find this guy and take him down. Then she bumped into someone and nearly fell over.

"Out of my way." The person she bumped into demanded.

She just moved to the side and let him go about his business until she realized something. "Hey!" She called gaining his attention.

Ruby then ran in front of him. "What do you want?" He asked annoyed.

She then took out the poster, looked at him then back at the poster, at him, back at the poster, at him, back at the poster, at him walking away, then her putting two and two together. She took out her rifle then fired at him, only to have it deflected by his sword. Then her rifle turned into a giant scythe.

"Dammit." He said annoyed as he got ready.

Ruby tries to attack first but Ragna goes behind and kicks her in the back then does a barrage of punches and kicks punching her in the air then kicking her to the ground then kicked her into the side of a building as she flips and begins firing at him. Ragna is now running while dodging all the bullets then jumps into the air after Ruby and intends to bring his sword down on her only for her to dodge it then go at him all out at incredible speeds with her scythe and does a lot of damage to Ragna.

50...
Ruby then tries to attack again only for Ragna to grab her and smash her into the ground then back up into the air and took out his sword then began slashing back and forth doing massive damage. He then grabbed her again and threw her at the ground as she recovered and they clashed weapons only for the Grim Reaper to be taken by surprised when Ruby fired throwing him off guard then slashing back and forth again doing massive damage.

40...
He then summoned a detached claw grabbing Ruby and slamming her into a wall, she came back and they were clashing weapons again here and there. Ragna overpowered Ruby and took the opportunity to use deadly scissors which sent girl far back. He then ran at her and grabbed her before extending his blade which hurt Ruby alot.

30...
"Restr-" He then got shot again then was sent back a few feet by the girl then he summons the Black Beast's head which chomped and held Ruby in place. "Restriction 666, Ideal Engine Engage. BlazBlue, Activate!" He then activated Astral Heat and charged at Ruby who broke free finally.

20...
Ragna was now going back and forth causing massive damage upon Ruby then sent her flying into the pavement. She tried desperately to keep up but he was going too fast and she was still taking damage. He then grabbed her slammed her into a building then smashed her into the ground again.

10...
Ruby struggled to get up but when she did, Ragna already came back and began delivering blow to blow with no mercy and kept going while seeming to be even more powerful than when the fight started.

"Let darkness consume you!" He turns his arm into a claw...

Grabs Ruby and hosts her up...

3...
Screen goes black...

2...
Multiple red slashes appear...

Screen flashes silhouettes and Ruby cries out defeated.

KO!
Ruby landed face first to the ground unconscious, being defeated by the Grim Reaper. "You're a real pain in the ass." He then said before walking away.

Then Bullet appeared and inspected Ruby after watching her lose, she was out cold. Then she quickly dodge something flying at her and leaped back to find a blonde woman jump in front of the girl then reload what appeared to be shotgun gauntlets, and they stared each other down.
