Specialised Cell's Ultimate transformations has as well been reborn. The design second to the far right was the 1st ever microheroes in the Dragon Ball universe that I created. In a story I was making in my second year at school I called him Cypher Cell. This character Cypher Cell I soon developed into many more forms soon becoming what you see above.
