Oh, what a twist!
No, but seriously. You can not imagine how great this twist was for me when I thought of it.
Thing is, I needed some more characters to advance the story and I knew I would need another villain. But I did not want to pcik just any villain, I wanted someone who had history with one of the protagonists. And because I'd already established that Volpina was good and Annie also got akumatized I thought it was time to give Raven an enemy to fight. But who? Sure, there were some options, but then it came to me.
I could link this comic to my "Azerath Metreon Shrinkos" story. That way I didn't need a new model or to establish some new history of the two (which I still will).
So yeah: TL;DR: Starfire is our villain of the day! Hooray!
