Description
Victoria Stoker is a lady of the night, she is a vampire who poses as prostitute to hunt down her hapless male prey! While she may have no reservations about being a vampire she does still suffer from her catholic guilt and seeks penance before she feeds, hence the silver cross on her collar. The one thing Victoria longs for is to be able to step into the sun once more. Word has it that a one Dr. Hildaguard Metzger has had some "professional" dealings with the living dead.She carries her steam powered coffin on her back which not only houses all manner of supernatural goodies, but transforms into a giant spider protecting her from the onslaught of sunlight & her enemies.

Nor would most other humans deserve it. She's a vampire in Victorian London where prostitution is common place. Simply easy targets who wouldn't suspect that they're her next meal

Which means she will die. Because a gauss rifle with tear her to pieces, so it doesn't need anything special related to her being a vampire.
It just needs to hit.

How about a Space Marine that hell itself fears?
And he has the BFG too, I don't think there's much dodging that, not the way the new one works.
Also, in other situations, laser weapons might be her bane, if she's ambushed; can't dodge the speed of light, or react fast enough before the beam hits her.

Each character is unique from their looks to their personalities, and their back stories. This is a diverse cast and therefore a lot can happen in your world.
I like how the designs captures the essences of the steam punk/victorian era. In fact they are combined seamlessly.
With each character you reveal a bit about the world such as bio-chemistry, and clockworks.
I like how there are connections with other characters such as how one is keeping track of several criminal, one character is after another, and one wishes to seek help of another character that ruined another's life.

I've always felt my work looks messy whereas yours looks polished and professional.
It's odd how we grew up drawing together and at points being inspired by each others stuff but ultimately having very different aesthetics.

Interesting fashion sense for a vampire, for anybody really, given that she's got a cross between a doily and a gag. I would like to think that a vampire would like to keep their mouth free. It's visually effective, but I would wonder about a gal for that let's her skirt fall down while keeping her mouth covered.
Jokes aside, this is a great picture. Excellent level of detail here. I particular like the star with the spider dangling from it. Also, the hair/hat thing sweeping off to one side, very dramatic. The background helps give it that Victorian era poster vibe. Very cool.
