Description
Okey so here is the new emoticon project...Its about a skyscraper.. I want you to use the template and customize it...
So that means every new entry a new floor
You can add your entries as a deviation on deviantART and comment with it here.

While a spinning floor would be awesome and actually would be doable, I will speak from what I know of animations and pixel art, and say that even though it's not impossible to have yours added as an animated floor, it won't be added as such.
Assuming =madb0y is using Photoshop or a similar program, he's already got many layers for this skyscraper for each floor; animations are made in PS by having each major change be on a separate layer. (If it's a rotating floor, this can only be achieved by multiple layers, with each frame turning on the next frame in the sequence, and turning off the one before it.)
Now, the skyscraper image as it is now is a .PNG static image, and making it animated will require it be a .GIF, which at most can accomodate 256 colours. My guess is that some floors, like mine, were made as lossless .PNG files originally, and having them imported into a .GIF project will then restrict their colours down to 256 if there are any outside the colour pallette for the .GIF.
Hope this helped point out a few things you might not have otherwise noticed.

Certainly: the 18th floor, and the 25th floor. As of the last update, the 25th floor is the one under the top floor, which subsequently means that the cloud is covering part of my floor, so you can't see the couple in the back.

Thank you; I think it's a bad floor for the tower since it'll eventually have an obscene amount of weight on it when there are like, a hundred floors in the whole skyscraper. But, in the art world, it'll hold up.
