I like drawing people more than things so though the tricycle idea was boss, in order for it to work in the portrait circle theme I'd settled on I realized I'd have to reduce Scooter Boy more than I wanted to. So I gave him his trademarked hat and toothpick and dual pistols...and got to have fun drawing muscles. One of the few of these where his props (guns) weren't done as a separate element.
