People kept asking about that last drawing with Sportacus and his dad and what happen to number 10 . Many have come up with their own theories about the "Lore" of Lazy Town. So it was only a matter of time before I thought one up.Take it as you will. I just need to get it out of my head before it bothers me late at night. XD

I was originally thinking that the crystal 10 had is a crystal that can tell if someone is in trouble and where to find them. 10 is the weakest in the group but has a big heart and is very important part of the group to find others who need help. The others aren't good at that.
Someone wanted to take that crystal away so the heroes will have trouble saving others and they attack 10 when they were alone and powerless. In their home I imagine and the crystal was the only thing recovered from the destruction.

I like the theory that Robby Rotten was one of the 10 but didn't like the direction the town was heading and quit and now fights against it.
But one of my favorite theories I've seen is that Lazytown is actually a communist dictatorship (given their required education and mandatory waking hours) and Robby rotten is a freedom fighter who's name has been slandered by the media.

I would say, base on my head cannon, that Robbie was once an apprentice to one of the heroes and wanted to be one when he was younger. But he didn't "fit the part" as the heroes said to him and dismiss Robbie. Now he spent his life hating the heroes and doing what he wants and stuff. XD

I think the whole theory was he was actually number 1 out of the 10 and that's why he sings the "we are number one" song.

Yes!Β Also despite being the villain, the kids of LazyTown are sometimes nice to Robbie, which probably speculates that Robbie has a softer or at least a good side. ANDΒ During a Reddit AMA (ask me anything) Stefan Karl revealed that Robbie wishes he could be friends with the kids of LazyTown although it will never happen.
